What is Celestial Crystal Haven?
Celestial Crystal Haven is a family owned crystal business based in the USA. We specialize in intuitively curated mystery crystal scoops, individual crystals, intention based collections, energetic support collections, premium pieces, and other crystal experiences created to make every order feel personal.

Are your scoops prepacked?
No. Our mystery scoops are individually curated rather than being identical premade boxes. Your selected theme, intention, scoop level, available inventory, and our intuitive selection process all help shape what goes into your order.

Are the crystals cleansed before they are sent?
Yes. Our crystals are cleansed and energetically prepared before leaving Celestial Crystal Haven. Intention and energetic alignment are an important part of how we prepare our orders.

Will my scoop look exactly like one I saw online?
No, and that is part of the experience. Every mystery scoop is different. Videos, photos, crystal lists, and previous orders are examples of what may be possible, not guarantees of specific pieces.

How do your mystery scoops work?
Choose the scoop collection or intention that speaks to you, select your level, and we take it from there. We intuitively curate crystals and, when applicable to that collection, other aligned metaphysical items around the theme you selected.

Can I choose exactly what goes into my scoop?
Mystery is a core part of the experience, so exact contents are not selected by the customer. When an option is available for preferences or additional information, you are welcome to share it and we may use it as part of the curation process, but specific crystals, shapes, colors, sizes, or items are not guaranteed unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.

Do all scoops contain the same number of crystals?
No. We curate around the overall level and value of the scoop rather than promising an identical piece count. A scoop containing larger, rarer, or more valuable crystals may naturally contain fewer individual pieces than one containing smaller crystals.

Can rare crystals be included?
Yes. Rare and premium stones can appear throughout our mystery experiences when appropriate and available, with our higher scoop levels giving us considerably more room to include rare, premium, and collector level pieces.

Are larger crystals guaranteed?
Larger and statement level pieces become increasingly prominent as you move through the scoop levels. Exact pieces and sizes remain part of the mystery unless a listing specifically guarantees a particular inclusion.

Galactic
Our introductory level, featuring a beautiful mystery selection with an emphasis on smaller pieces and approachable variety.

Lunar
A deeper curation with room for larger, more valuable, and more energetically present pieces.

Celestial
A premium experience with larger crystals, statement pieces, elevated selections, and greater room for premium stones.

Ethereal
A high level curation featuring substantial premium pieces, stronger collector appeal, and opportunities for rarer crystals.

Divine
One of our highest level experiences, created around exceptional, high presence crystals and premium statement pieces.

Source
Our highest scoop level. Source gives us the greatest freedom to curate extraordinary centerpiece, rare, premium, and collector level crystals into one expansive mystery experience.

What are Intention Scoops?
Intention Scoops are curated around a particular energy, focus, or personal intention. Our collection includes themes ranging from love, abundance, protection, calm, clarity, and spiritual awakening to experiences such as Divine Feminine Awakening and Divine Masculine Awakening.

What are your Support Scoops?
Our support collections were created around different life experiences and emotional needs. Depending on the collection, the focus may include grounding, comfort, emotional steadiness, self compassion, resilience, remembrance, or support for loved ones and caregivers.

Are Support Scoops medical treatments?
No. Crystals and metaphysical items are not substitutes for medical care, medication, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. These collections are offered for personal, spiritual, and emotional support only.

Can I buy a Support Scoop for someone else?
Absolutely. Many of these collections are designed with both the individual and the people supporting them in mind. They can make deeply personal gifts when you want someone to know they are being thought of and supported.

What is a Bonus Capsule?
A Bonus Capsule is a separate mystery crystal add-on that can be added to an order when available. It gives you another intuitively selected crystal surprise beyond your main purchase.

Do Bonus Capsules contain metaphysical accessories?
No. Bonus Capsules are crystals only.

What Bonus Capsule levels are available?
Bonus Capsules follow the same six level system: Galactic, Lunar, Celestial, Ethereal, Divine, and Source. As the level increases, so does the opportunity for larger, rarer, more premium, and higher presence crystal pieces.

What is The Orb?
The Orb is a Celestial Crystal Haven mystery crystal experience built around reveals, UV surprises, Bonus Orbs, and Orb ascension. Orbs are drawn from our Celestial Orb Chamber and connected to mystery crystal rewards.

What happens if my Orb glows under UV light?
Before redemption, Orbs are checked beneath UV light. A glowing Orb immediately unlocks a Bonus Orb.

What happens when my Orbs match?
Matching Orbs can ascend. Two matching Orbs ascend into the next tier. Three matching Orbs ascend two tiers higher.

What are the Orb levels?
The Orb follows the same Galactic, Lunar, Celestial, Ethereal, Divine, and Source progression used throughout Celestial Crystal Haven.

What are Celestial Auctions?
Celestial Auctions are our dedicated home for exceptional high end crystals, rare finds, collector pieces, large carvings, specimens, and statement level pieces that deserve to stand on their own.

How do I know how to bid?
Each auction includes its own bidding details, timing, and any specific requirements. Always review the individual auction listing before placing a bid.

Are auction purchases final?
Yes. Winning auction purchases are final due to the individual and limited nature of the pieces.

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Discount codes generally cannot be combined unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Shopify may prevent incompatible discounts from being applied together.

Can promotions be combined?
Some Celestial Crystal Haven offers are specifically designed to work together while others are not. The terms shown with the active promotion determine what qualifies and whether it can be combined with another offer.

What if a free item or bonus is part of a promotion?
Follow the instructions shown with that specific promotion. Some bonuses are automatically added or curated, while others may require you to make a selection in your cart.

Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. Eligible customers can earn and redeem rewards through our rewards program. Reward discounts are subject to the same combination restrictions shown at checkout.

How long does my order take to ship?
Our standard processing window is up to 14 business days unless otherwise stated. Because mystery orders are individually selected, prepared, and packed rather than pulled from a prepacked box, please allow us the full processing window during busy periods.

Does the 14 business day window include weekends?
No. Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays. Carrier transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. Celestial Crystal Haven is based in the USA and ships orders throughout the United States.

Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided through the contact information associated with your order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Can I cancel my order?
Because many of our products are custom curated and preparation may begin before shipment, orders cannot generally be canceled once placed unless specifically approved by Celestial Crystal Haven.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom, mystery, and individually curated nature of many of our products, returns are not generally accepted unless specifically approved. Please review the applicable store policies before purchasing.

What if something arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the issue. We want the opportunity to review what happened and determine the appropriate next step.

Why does my crystal have lines, pockets, inclusions, or uneven areas?
Crystals are natural materials. Inclusions, fractures, druzy pockets, growth patterns, color variations, pits, texture, and other natural characteristics can be part of the specimen and are not automatically signs of damage.

Can every crystal go in water or sunlight?
No. Crystal care varies significantly by mineral. Some stones can be damaged by water, salt, prolonged sunlight, heat, or chemicals. If you are unsure about a particular mineral, check its care requirements before cleansing or displaying it.

Are metaphysical crystal properties scientifically proven?
Metaphysical properties are based on spiritual traditions, personal practices, and beliefs. They should not be interpreted as scientifically established medical effects or used as a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.
