At Celestial Crystal Haven, we hand-curate each crystal scoop specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
Custom Curated Products
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our crystal scoops, all sales are final. Each scoop is thoughtfully curated with unique crystals selected just for you, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
While we don't accept returns, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you receive your order and aren't completely satisfied with your crystals, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@celestialcrystalhaven.com We'll work with you to make it right.
This may include:
- Guidance on crystal care and use
- Store credit for a future purchase
- Replacement of damaged or defective items
- Other solutions on a case-by-case basis
Damaged or Defective Items
If your crystals arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace damaged items or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

- Sale or clearance items
Processing Time
Please note that our crystal scoops are made to order with a processing time of 7 days or less before shipping.
